The Pussycat Dolls’ longly anticipated tour “PCD Forever Tour” has cancelled all but one of their North American shows and people are suspecting it’s due to low ticket sales.

The Dolls took to their instagram page to break the hard news to fans on Monday.

“When we announced the PCD FOREVER Tour, we hoped to bring the show to fans across the world. After taking an honest look at the North American run, we’ve made the difficult and heartbreaking decision to cancel all but one of the North America dates,” says their Instagram post statement.

Nicole Scherzinger, Ashley Roberts and Kimberly Wyatt are currently in the group and will still be performing at the OUTLOUD music festival at WeHo Pride in California on June 6.

“We could not think of a more meaningful place to celebrate with our fans. The LGBTQ+ community has shown us so much love and support throughout our career, and we’re honored to be part of a weekend rooted in joy, pride, music, and chosen family,” it says in the statement.

Some fans are disappointed, and others are not at all shocked and in fact saw it coming.

“I’ve been the biggest pussy cat dolls fan since I was an eight year old gay boy. I feel like those dolls raised me. So I’m sad about this,” Tiktoker @ttylerwells said in his video.

“Because artists don’t wanna scale down. They don’t want smaller venues. They don’t want lower ticket prices,” says @Ellenpopculture on Tiktok.

Social media is saying The Pussycat Dolls are the latest artists being affected by “Blue Dot Fever” referring to the blue dots on the Ticketmaster seating page showing unsold seats due to highly priced tickets.

The Pussycat Dolls were scheduled to perform in Toronto at the RBC Amphitheatre in Toronto and at the Bell Centre in Montreal in early July.

The group confirmed that their U.K. and Europe dates are still in place.
