This new art attraction is drawing attention because it’s allowing people from two continents to interact.

“Portals” is a new street exhibit that recently opened in Manhattan, New York in the Flatiron District and connects to Dublin, Ireland’s popular O’Connell Street.

The company behind the public attraction is Portals.org which uses its technology to connect people through the sculptures around the world.

So far, there are four portals installed in: Vilnius, Lithuania, Lublin, Poland, New York City, U.S.A., and Dublin, Ireland.

Some people online have been posting videos of them connecting with their loved ones.

However, some people are interacting with the portal inappropriately.

According to the New York Post, a woman in Ireland was reportedly “grinding” her backside against the screen.

Another person was caught on video pulling down his pants and showing his behind on the video monitor.

The Portal connection between New York City and Dublin will be available to the public until fall 2024.
